Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether detected via device fingerprinting, shared payment method, shared IP address, or any other means — constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You undertake to promptly update your Account information in the event of any change. bigpay88 reserves the right to suspend accounts where the information on file is found to be false, outdated, or otherwise misleading.

Deposits are credited to the Account wallet instantly or within the processing timeframe published on the deposits page. bigpay88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. bigpay88 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:
4.3 KYC Verification. bigpay88 may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Required documents typically include a copy of a valid national identity card (MyKad), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC documentation is reviewed and approved.
4.4 bigpay88 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms.
Anti-Money Laundering: bigpay88 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. All accounts and transactions are subject to monitoring. Suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law. Players must only deposit funds that are legally owned by them.
5.1 bigpay88 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which supplement and, in the event of conflict, take precedence over these general Terms for the purposes of that promotion.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bigpay88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balances, and, where applicable, legal proceedings:

11.3 bigpay88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 bigpay88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address on file or via a notice displayed upon next login to the Platform.
12.2 Continued use of the bigpay88 Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the effective date of the change.
